I am in a live in relationship for past 8 years and my spouse(wife) is creating nuisance and doing suspicious activities which are unbearable and she also doesn't have any answer to such issues. I want to sort out once for all. I wanted to know procedure for divorce in live in relationship and also alimony to be paid and for how much year

Dear client if U both r ready for divorce then u both can file mutual divorce. If yr wife is not ready for divorce then u can file contested divorce on the ground of cruelty. For any legal help call me
