Legal Question in Family Law in India

I live separately from my daughter & wife about 6 yrs. and got sec.9 decree 5 yrs. ago which was communicated to my wife at the same time. After that my wife files Sec.10 at her jurisdiction court, I challenged that for the sack of my daughter at the Kolkata high court . Higher court clearly directs the lower court (wife�s jurisdiction) to convert the suit(i,e Sec 10) to Sec.13B. Now my wife try to avoid to come back at the lower court at different dates & compromise the matter by taking money from me. I have send the money per month to my daughter as per the lower court order & do not want to give her any money (could not mention at the lower court�s order). If she would not come to the court then 1)the sec.10 suit (which she filed) will be dismissed ? 2. how can I get divorce decree quickly?
