Legal Question in Family Law in India
Can i have a live-in agreement with a person who is seperated but his divorce is not clear yet ? As his ex-wife is not ready to give him divorce and does not appear in court for any hearing on medical basis. They have been seperated for 3 years now. Would there be any legal issues in this ?

If your relationship comes in the knowledge of your spouse, you may be prosecuted for adultery.Better try to expedite the court proceeding. If you could hide your relationship, thats ok.
