HI I am living bangladesh, My wife and her family wants separation from me . I have one year 4 month Boy,So if divorce happen then can I take my son custody. his mother can not take care him properly for this reason he geeting sick when his mother goes to her father home with my son. even when my son got fever temp 102 degree she wants to travel with him did not consider my son health. pls advice me?

Law says on separation boy child remains with mother till 7 years,and then to his father. But often the wellbeing of child is given the prime consideration by the courts. However right now it is not possible to get your child's custody because your allegation is very light. You need to wait till 7 years or further.
