i am living in delhi. My third sister living in tirupati, Andhrapradesh, her husband is drunkard.tried several ways by telling and also by taking him to rehabilitation centre to get rid of it. no change from past 2 years he is not working. he is physically beating her and mentally torturing her. she and her daughter are doing some job and earning their livelihood. he is taking their money and drinking and now torturing daughter with vulger languge. how to proceed with gruha himsa act
