Legal Question in Family Law in India

Im living in Dubai my wife filed a case in kerala familycourt for divorce The familycourt order came to my home and no one in my home not received the court order. My wife inform me that january month first week there is a hearing in court. She told me that if i didnt appear for hearing she will get divorce easily. I dont know what sections she filed. I want to save my marriage. Im on training period in dubai for 6months. 5 months more for complete trainining period.My company will not give me permission to take leave in training period. My questions iswill my wife get divorce without my presence. Any experts please dvice me what to do next for saving my marriage.

If you did not appear before court then it is discretion of the court to grant divorce in your absence.

But need not to worry my team will handle your case and you need not to rush to India.
