Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am living in Kalyan , Mumbai and my wife's parential home is Vikhroli, Mumbai
1. I won 498a case against my wife in 2011 in court. But for my 10 year old daughter's future, against my family decision I started again living with Wife.
2. But for security as per her condition she asked One lakh rupees and rented home near her parential home for some days. I have followed the same. .
3. But in 2012 I lost my job in mumbai, after 3 months strugle I got job in Pune. Till that everything was fine. My Wife continues to stay with her parent for the reason of my daughter school which is near to her parents home and her job.
4. I was usually travelling Mumbai-Pune on weekly basis.
5. When I fill secured in job in pune, I asked my wife to settle in pune. Which she clearly deny. So I decided to continue job in Pune but cancelled to settle in pune.
6. In 2013, I asked wife to stay with My Mother who is living alone at Shahad (Kalyan), where we all can live and I will continue to job in pune and will travell on weekly basis, till next job found in Mumbai.
7. My wife completly desagree this and started quarrel on this with my mother and me. She blaming my mother for this. But she come to stay at Kalyan.
8. Just after 1 week she left home without knowing me, and thretend my mother for course matter again. I was in Pune that time.
9. I checked with her and tried to convience her. But she was NOT ready to live at Kalyan. At take stand that she will neither come to kalyan or nor live with my mother. But I should go at her place.
10. My mother is alone and 70 above year old. This hearts me so I stopped checking with my wife which made cause for big quarrel. She came with her brothers and thretend me.
11. I file LC against her and her brothers and sent her notice by private advocate to stop more nonceses.
12. She tried to launch complent case against me and my family. I am very much disappointed and scarred.
13. If I go to court, It will spoil again time. No one is going to convince her as No one from my parents were agree with my decision. I thought for my daughters future for am paying it again.
Could you please suggest a suggestions!

Solution depends upon your wish. will you like to lead your life with such a woman on her terms and condition? you have to decide that. Law can't change a person's nature. You may file a petition for restitution but that will not help u much nor court can force her to live you and your mother. The last option is divorce for which u have good grounds. call for more detail--
