Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have had a living in with my office female employee.it lasted for 5 years and now she seperated with me and got married.during this period she blackmailed me and bought all hosehold items from my money,also took money every month to the tune of 20000 pm, of which there is bank record ,she has some of my videos and wants to maintain old relation ship also which is denied by me.please advise how to get out of this now.

can i file a case of cheating and criminal consiperacy against her.pl advise my life has become hell and now she is threatening me also.
