i was living with a women from last 12 years and have a son from her...i love my son very much but now moved out of that relationship from her...i had not married her but live like husband wife from last 12 years...i want to know how to get legally valid separation from her ..as i had not married do i need to file a divorce petition or simple separation agreement will suffice

1) U hv not stated whether either spouse was earlier married or divorced and continuing thereafter to live with another woman while having living wife/ husband.
