Legal Question in Family Law in India

I want to lodge a complaint against the Inspector and Sub Inspector who did not file 498 against my father in law and step mother in law and made me run around for 3-4 months just because my father in law in resident of the same location and has bribed police. even though i was called to station 2-3 times to file 498a everytime the inspector excused with some or the other reasons. Now, i overheard through a phone conversation of my step mother in law (we stay in same house in first and ground floor separately) that she has bribed the inspector and i cant do anything to her/FIL. Where should i lodge a complaint kindly guide. i have all the acknowledgements of complaints lodged with them on 2 occasions and mail follow ups also to the higher ups. The SI was telling me that i should have asked Commissioner to telephone him and instruct for filing 498A.

file a petition under sec 156(3) in the court of the magistrate. He may get the fir Quashed on the basis of the other FIRs filed by him against your family.so go ahead with your litigations
