I have lodged 498a complain against my husband and his family. But my husband took the deposit of our flat (we were staying separate in rented house and not with my in laws after our marriage in 2007)
Our house owner was not knowing abt our dispute and handed over the deposit to my husband without my knowledge. What should i do i have a 5 months old baby girl and no place to go i have only 10 days to vacant
the room agreement is in my name

as per law, the landlord needs to go through courts for eviction. you may go for a domestic violence complaint against husband and also seek restraint orders from dispossession and direction to husband to pay rent.
