I lost my sister in an fire accident in 2005 after that her only daughter is being raised by my elder sister and my Jija Ji. Me and my father helped them financially. All of sudden kids father cam down and asked for his daughter. He is now re-married and even has children from second wife. We want to get her custody at least till her graduation.
I even ready to adapt her.
Please suggest me.
