Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am in love with a guy age 22 who is married.(child marriage at d age of 17 no marriage certificate).his current wife is not ready to give a divorce.what should I do?

he can seek a declaration from the court that his marriage is void ab initio being solemnized when he was 17 much below the age of consent. Only after he gets declaration you can think of marrying him.
