Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have done love marriage before 7 years .

But after child out relation went bad . He never used to give me value Ab we used to fight all the time . In the middle I meet with a guy in my office and we became close , we exchanged few messages also , which my husband got to know . Then he told me that If I will talk to that guy he will spoil my career and image . So I came back to him , but then he started taking revenge , he tortured me physically and mentally everyday he don't allow me to go anywhere he always blackmail me saying I will tell to everyone about that guy that you were in love . I want divorce , I talked to one lawyer and she told me as he has the evidence that u loved someone else your case is very weak , so better you stay with him otherwise he will spoil your career and he won't even give you divorce . Please help , how I can get divorce ?

Dear client u can first file dowry harassment case with police against husband under sec 498 a. Then file domestic violence case for mental harassment. After that file divorce on the ground of desertion. For proper discussion call me on 9422611385
