I m a female got divorced in2014.i hav a custody of my one year daughter.i wil get marry second time,now how can i legally change the fathers name and surname of my daughter.

Not possible in India. But u may try by filing suit for declaration.
If u live in Tamil Nadu, u may place your name as first name and as initial as mother. --
