Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi I m Helen , my husband is impotent and my marriage was done in 2016.i filled a domestic voilence case and I had got a judgement and my husband had filled divorce case under grounds of non consummation of Marriage he says that I have loved someone previously that's. Y I didn't live with him but that is false allegations.now I wish to close the case very soon and start my new life. coming January 17 th is my next hearing so kindly tell me what can be done to get divorced by that day.
