Legal Question in Family Law in India

m hindu and my husband is catholic. My husband and I had argue.. He send me to my fathers home for some days and he didn't send my 5 years old doughter. In this 4 days he didn't treat me well..her mom called me and abuse me... I and my mom talked to my one friend.. And we said some wrong things about my husband and her mom in a frostetion.. But latter I know my friend have an affair with my husband. And she record all conversation of me and my mom with her on her phone. Now she gave all that recording to my husband and he is asking for divorce.. So can he use that recording as evidence..?
