Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi ,i m from india and recently got married and we didnot even stayed together for 1 month and also our marriage is not registerd. Is this a valid marriage?? should we need to follow the same procedures under law ??

Dear client if yr marriage is not consumed then u can file case for annulment of marriage. Otherwise u have to wait for one year for divorce. For any legal help call me
