hello. i m marride since last 3 year.my husband ddnt made physical relation with me since last 3 year .and now he is forcing me physical relation bg now i dont want to be physical with because he harras me alot duting last 3 year tthats why.bt he threat me that he can be physical without my permission .can i file for mari for marital rape if he be physical without my permission .how can i file 4 dt

you have to call police.
but better to engage in physical relationship coz it is his right, but he cannot force you.
it is your fault also that you keep mum for 3 years, Sex is your right also.

Without your consent, husband cannot force you for physical relation. It is Rape. For filing it, a complaint in writing be made to the police. For some reasons, if police does not act, you may also write to the magistrate of your area who would direct the police to register a case or may also ask to make a statement before the court. On your making a statement, the court will summon your husband
