i m married woman, i have a child with another man, we were in love and he wanted kids from me, now he is ignoring the child, doing nothing for child, i want to know what rights my child has on father

Your facts are not clear. Do you have a child with another man while your marriage is still surviving? Please explain relationship between your husband and this "another man" and the sequence of events.

your child can claim maintenance from his father and also claim his right in the property.
Even illegitimate child had full right as legal child.
