Legal Question in Family Law in India
M married from last 4 years as I husband had love affair so I left his house after 8 months of my marriage. but with his family support i went back after one and half year now due to harrasment i again come to my parents home. I asked him for divorce but he is denying for it. Now I have take a decision of one sided divorce. I want to know how much time it wl take? Kindly enlighten more about it.
