Legal Question in Family Law in India

M muslim n my wife was south indian n i converted her to islam while getting married. Its been 3 yrs nw n we have a daughter of 1.5 yrs old born n bought up in my Muslim famlily. All expenses taken by me of my wife n daughter. Not a single money from my wives family. Bt she is not following my religion n nw want to stay wid her family. So if applied for divorce what abt child custody as she is illiterate can't earn more also her family is illiterate. M graduate can afford money for my daughter n want her to grow in my Muslim family?

What will be courts decision?? Plz help..
