Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

hello i m 19 years female from bangladesh,i am muslim and born and bought up in bangladesh.i met a guy online 5 years back and want to marry him.he is 25 ,lives at india.he is indian and his religion is hindu.

i have decided to go india without telling my parents where am i going and marry him in the court without informing my parents.after marriage i want to change my religion and name and become hindu .

if my parents come to india and try to take me back to bangladesh than can i stay at india and marry that guy ? what legal help can i take which can secure me ,the boy and his family. i have doubts that my parents can create a lot or problems and harass the boy family.

will i be allowed to stay at india without my parents permission and marry a different religion boy . i m 19 . please reply .

Your question was passed to me who is a bangladeshi lawyer. Thats why i am not fit enough to answer ur questio�n that comletely depends upon indian legal system. However, as i understand you are going to step into the dark. You are taking high risk. In case of any difficulty you may not get any chance to return to your country. If you have not already done, why dont you ask that boy to come your country and take you with him. In that case u will get chance to judge the boy.

Further it is advisable, that you talk to any indian lawyer before taking any step. Thank you and hope for the best.
