I m 24 years...I was living with my parents..as I was girl child they started forcing me to get married but I don't want to because I want to achieve my dream.. but they are not understanding...now they started arranging everything for marriage without my knowledge and consent...I want to leave my house and become independent....if I do so they will file missing complaint against me so in order to avoid that situation what I can do legally please help me in this regard

You need to reply only that you are out off the house on your own wish.
First take some relative into confidence and confide in him or her. ask for their help to convince your parents. If things get worse meet a lady counselor at the MLA office and seek their help. Side by side keep in touch with the lady counselor at the crimes against woman cell at the local police station. Since the matter is agile ask both the counselors to handle the matter with care and caution. I hope they will help you manage the situation.
