Both of us made our 2nd marriage at a Mandir, 6 month before getting our(both) final decree of divorce from our first partner & started living in my house for 1 year. After getting the official decree I have came to know that the lady has a child,which she concealed before.Later she also claiming money & property in her own name & forcing me to go for an official registry marriage. Few days back she left my house with all her belongings. Now can I go for a New Marriage & what kind of legal action should we take each other??

Now the marriage entered before getting a final decree of divorce is invalid, void and is not a marriage in the eyes of law, you can get married now to another women as earlier marriage is invalid and will not stand in court of law.
