mai court me maintenence case file krna chahti hu.

mere pas mere husband ka bank account number, pan number etc. kuch bhi nahi hai. sirf jis company me vo kaam karte hai uska naam maloom hai. aur unki salary 30 k se jyada hai. lekin mere pas koi proof nahi hai.

mai apne husband ki income ka proof chahti hu.

mere husband ki income ka proof ke liye mujhe kya karna chahiye?

Ki jarurat nahi hai proof ki. Aapke pas jo information hai, wo kafi hai. Aap 30 ke basis par maintenance mango. Proof use dena hai ki wo kya earn karta hai.
