mai delhi me rehti hu. mere husband mumbai se hai. marriage function delhi me hua tha. shadi ke baad se hi mai delhi me reh rahi hu. mere husband mujhe divorce dena chahte the. mai apne parents ke sath rehti hu. ab mere husband chahte hai ki mai unke saath mumbai chalu.

1) kya mere husband mumbai se divorce case file kar sakte h?

2) agar mai husband ke saath mumbai chali jaungi aur 2 ya 3 mahine waha rehne ke baad mere husband mumbai me divorce case file kar sakte hai?

3) agar kar sakte hai to kya mai divorce case delhi me transfer krwa sakti hu?
