Main ne apni wife par 2 month pehle conjugal right ka suite file kia tha, unhon ne ab wakeel kia aur us ne wakalat nama jama kraya. main ne apni wife k makay jane k 1 month bad suite file kia tha, aur ab delivery hui hai wahin par, to is k expense ka claim ho sakta hai kia un ki taraf se? agar ho sakta hai to is ka defense kia ja sakta hai ya nhi?
