Legal Question in Family Law in India

My maintenance hearing on 15th Dec'14.If i am not present on that day what will be happend?this is 2nd time i dnt want to appear at court onhearing.is it make any trouble for me.

It depends upon at what stage the case is, what was the previous order and whether your counsel shall appear or not.
