i am a male, married in 1993, and having 2 daughter, my daughters are living with my wife, she have thrown my clothes, out of home in middle 2012, I am paying all expenses of my daughters, my one daughter is 21 year and younger one is 16 years, after living 4 years separately, now she filled case under DV act 2005. is there any time limit to file the case. she have not filled case u/s 498. please guide me, how do I proceed?

yes, there is limitation of one year
