can two male member who belongs to a hindu undivided family form a new hindu undivided family after getting separated from the old hindu undivided family? if yes then how and is there any Supreme Court judgment regarding this?

Yes they can but they have to show that they have been separated from the Old Hindu Undivided family. Yes, there are numerous Supreme Court rulings on this.
