Hello Mam,
Am a hindu female , marriage was done unavoidably 5 months ago.There was no co - habitation, and no interest at all . Want to separate. How sooner can it be done.

was the reason for non consummation of marriage due to impotency of any of you? in case yes, you may go for annulment otherwise you may file a petition for divorce after one year of separation.
