Legal Question in Family Law in India

hello mam,

i was married for the past 20 years and my husband is always suspicious. And recent times he started saying that i have illegal relation, whearas it is not true and i asked for the evidence. He started keeping voice recordings in my bedroom. I feel very disgusted with all this and now i am 40 my son btech 1st year and daughter class 7th.

I feel atleast i all this should not impact on my children and want divorce from him is it possible. always i am mentally tortured by him. He is central Govt Employee. Rest all is fine with him. Pls suggest me.

instead of divorce why dont you and your husband go to a marriage counsellor it may help. But if you dont want to, you should consult a lawyer and file a petition for divorce.For further clarification contact 9312411481.
