Legal Question in Family Law in India
A man cheated my sister by marring her despite having his wife alive. He had hidden about his previous wife and married my sister only for money. He had done court marriage with my sister but with his first wife he alreasy has the 2 children. Now my sister is posted in a place where that man lives with his first wife. I have a fear that either he(man) or his family member will try to harm or exploit my sister. My sister has no children and she gonna live alone there . that man does not love my sister now. Both my sister and that man are in police department. Please suggest me so that no harm or further problems come to my innocent sister.
