I have maried in 24 jan 2015 as per Hindu religion and we are both brahmin ,Me and wife were living together in pune. in march she went to gujrat and filed domestci violence case on me.She want divorce on 100 rs stamp paper i have given it on this month.She told she will take case of dv as i singned on mutual divorce. What can i do to file case against her

dear client only court has power to give divorce. stamp paper has no value. u can file case of restitution of conjugal rights and ask wife come back to matrimonial house. for any legal help call me
