I got marraige with Pakistani national 3 years before suddenly my wife has gone to Pakistan with her family without my consent also mentioning her unmarried while crossing the border is its crime because she is having all documents like aadhaar card voting card etc

Yes, its a crime and external affair ministry can take criminal action against her f you inform them. What is your concern?
