Legal Question in Family Law in

I would like to know whether before marriage break-down or divorce, can a legal agreement be entered in present time by both husband & wife as to custody of their child in case of happening of such an event in future.

if the terms are otherwise lawful. Yes. For example, Child has to be with mother for first five years of age is a legal provision. You cannot provide contrary to that.
