my first marriage was dissolved through divorce deed in 2003. Then we started living together and had a kid in 2005 but didnt register marriage again. In 2007 things got bad between us and i got separate and remarried and registered the marriage in 2008. My kids second name is still with my previous husband. Now i got to know that divorce through deed is invalid. what will be status of my second marriage in this case? My ex husband is ready to go through the official divorce procedure . If i go through this procedure what will be the status of my second marriage? will i have to get remarried to my second husband in this case?

You have to remarry your second husband after taking divorce from your first husband .
Dear client as yr ex husband is ready for divorce then file mutual divorce and u will get divorce in six months. After that re marry with current husband. In this way yr current marriage become legal. For any help call me on 9422611385

It is not so easy, if it is a trick then your ex husband may step back on second date then you have to get contested divorce.
So better to approach and expert in your locality and show him your documents and your current status and relation of your first and second husband.
