Can We do second marriage without divorce to first wife,We were not compatible and she is demanding very high amount for mutual divorce beyond my limit and i want to settle my life with other one.
Possible ?

You can marry but that would be illegal and you you can be prosecuted for bigamy. If she does not agree for a mutual divorce, then file a contested one. Once you file, there is every chance of a settlement during mediation in court and the amount may get reduced.
