my marriage ended into khula because of extreme greediness of my husband within 4 months of marriage my daughter was born after that event her father claimed for the custody .after a prolonged and stressful litigation of 8 years i got custody from court and he got meetings in court after every 15 days he was regularly coming in the court for meetings for the last 8 years then he became irregular although i was regularly taking the child to the court when i complained in the court for his abscence his layer appeared in the court and he informed us that we have put an application that because of his job problems he will come after every 3 months my child is now 10 years of age i did not marry for the welfare of my child i am assistant professor in a college the father got married and having 4 kids he is paying maintenance a small amount fixed by court although i am spendind my whole income on the welfare of my child kindly help me what to do in answer of his new game of coming after every 3 months

Please file a another suit for enhancement of maintenance allowances for your daughter according to new price hike and school fee etc, and your husband new business income or salary.

if he is coming after 3 months , it shows his lack of interest for welfare of minor. when did u get the decree..? did u get the guardianship certificate ..?
