Legal Question in Family Law in India
My marriage was held in CHURCH at Orissa but not registered , now we reside in GOA , we want to file MUTUAL CONSENT DIVORCE , but I told by advocates here that it cannot be filed in Goa as law here requires marriage to be held here.
PLEASE ADVICE ?

you may send your details, May be our team in goa will help you to get it done. but in goa law is very tough, better to choose any other place, where you may approach. Coz we will call you only two times in court and you will get decree of divorce in 6 months.

It can be filed in Goa as well the place you are currently residing.
