Legal Question in Family Law in India

My marriage held on u24-05-1995 two male children born.in December 2005 went her parents home and 498a case booked on 23 -01-2008after hostile evidene by her case acquitted 13-01-2009 she joined my society and again 498a case booked on 12-01 2002 .judgementis on18-01 2016 how can I come out from this torture .zI am resident of Karimnagar dist of Telangana state in India
