Legal Question in Family Law in India
MY marriage is 11 months old. My wife is having temperamental behavior since beginning and torturing me mentally since beginning. I dint feel like having a physical relationship with her due to her behavior and till date we didn't have physical relation. I don't think I can be close to her in future too. Additionally she threatens me to keep continuing the torture for whole life. Sometimes threatens for suicide too or sometimes killing me. She threatens my parents too. Her parents are also like her and talks only about killing and dying. I want to get separated from her. Right now she is with her parents but likely to join back. What should I do?
