Legal Question in Family Law in India
My marriage has passed 15 years. My wife lives in another city with my single 13 years son. She is so commanding that she compels me not to meet my child. Even she does not allow so. I am worried about my child s study who is in 9 th class. how can i move to court so that immediate relief for his study can be granted to me. If it takes more time then study will affect due to proceedings. Fee to school is borne by me. Kindly help me.

you have to file case to get custody of your child but be aware that at this stage, court will ask the boy's consent to live with mother or yourself.
