when is the marriage registered if the marriage is solemnized by the Nikah Registrar in Bangladesh and when can a marriage be registered if the marriage is solemnized by the person other than a Nikah Registrar?

Marriage may be solemnized by marriage registrar or local religious leader or anyone else following the Islamic rules. But marriage must be registered by marriage registrar and he will do so when parties ask him.
