Legal Question in Family Law in India

after marriage my wife stayed with me only 150 days is she eligible maintenance, i have filed divorce case and i want she need to come back for my kid , i have also tried lots of patch-up before putting divorce case and after case. but she don't want to come.

she is not filed any case except maintenance case against me and she is 90% not present on court date also and to show my child also.

Divorce depends upon a number of factors, more particularly your behaviour during her stay of 150 days. In any case, she is entitled to maintenance for herself and the child.
