My marriage is of 7 years . My husband has been cheating me for past four years and is having extra marital affair with a married girl . His family knows about this all but they made me stayed there with a hope that things will become better. But during this prd ,he severed the ties with me and we were living under the same roof but with no relation. Finally i left the place this jan and now hv got to know that the other girl has also did the same . Please advice ,if the family is ready for mutual consent divorce , how to settle compensation amount as in these 7 yrs i have given more 15 lacs to the family by way of construction, electronics and expenses . What if they dont give the compensation as per our Terms . Can we approach NCW for this ?for proving adultery charges , i have only mobile bill records.

Yes, you are entitled to approach the NCW. You are also entitled to proceed under Domestic Violence Act and claim not only refund of your money but also the house [full or part] constructed with your money.
The compensation amount should be a part of the 'settlement' to be filed in the court alongwith the mutual consent divorce petition.
