Legal Question in Family Law in India

I was married in 2006.After getting torture for dowry I came back my father's home in 2009 and file a case under section 498A. He is not giving me any maintainenace and forcing me to come back socially and with the help of political relations.but i don't want to go.After 6 years he decided to give me 4 lakh rupees and told me for preparing comprise paper and file divorce.but now he is not coming for settlement.I am now 30 want to start my new life.Please suggest me how can i get divorce from my husband.

dear client if he is not ready for mutual divorce then u can file contested divorce on the ground of cruelty desertion against him. as u both r living separately for more than 6 years u will get divorce on the ground of desertion easily. for any legal help call me
