I got married on 1.2.2009 ,afterthat one year I applied for divorce because my wife and me had some disputes. After 5 months we rejoined again , now we are separated for one year, I want divorce but my wife doesn't give divorce to me , my wife character are adamant and araghant woman. Please reply to this for solution from you

as you are separated since more than one year, you may file a petition for divorce.
