I got married in 2015 at the age of 21 I gave birth to my baby boy in 2016 than baby girl in 2017,when I was pregnant I was in 6th month my husband and my mother in law man handled me, flirting language ,than I came home ,I booked rcr,but he his not taking court letter he don't want to come to court ,what should I do now?

It was not correct step at the time you have a baby in 2017 and now it is 2018. However, advocate on behalf of your husband didn't appeared but you need not be make yourself ambitious.

What has been done with you for this you have to file case for cruelty. And more option you have to file case. It is now needed for you to take care of yourself as well as your children. For which you need to maintain all .

You might have filed your case through a lawyer. He will make sure that the court summons are delivered to your husband. If after receiving court summons your husband does not appear, court may pass one sided judgement. You should pursue your case with your lawyer.
